Vishnu is an MTech (Signal Processing) student in the Department of Electrical Communication Engineering at IISc. He obtained his BTech in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal. He is currently working on the design and performance analysis of distributed trust systems (such as cryptocurrencies), using tools predominantly from probability theory, queueing theory, and game theory. His research interests lie in the mathematics applied to networked and distributed systems.
